**Company Overview**:
VFW is a diverse and innovative fashion runway event company feature emerging and established designers. As the largest bi-annual fashion week in Canada and the fastest-growing event of its kind.
- Promote, advertise, and coordinate the sales of the company's services and/or products to prospective clients, ensuring that monthly sales goals and deadlines are met.
- Contribute to and coordinate the company's events, specials, and promotions.
- Provide support to the marketing team and ensure all practices have the necessary marketing materials.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Strong leadership skills; dependable and reliable.
- Excellent decision-making, event management, team management, and staff supervision skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage and guide a sales team.
- A proven self-starter who can work independently without supervision, as well as someone who enjoys the challenge of working in a high-activity, team-based environment.
- Direct and candid communication style with the ability to effectively work with a wide range of people and personalities.
- A quick learner with strong proficiency in working with others.
- Actively seeks out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
- Contributes to the development of the company’s sales strategy.
- Identifies opportunities for growth and improvement to achieve targets.
- Builds working collaborations and partnerships with corporate sponsors, industry partners, and other interested parties.
- Provides tailored brand information and service details specific to clients’ and/or designers’ marketing needs.

**Requirements**:

- full professional proficiency in English and Japanese
- previous sales experience in Japanese

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required
- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
