RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Consulting and Engineering Canada, the Vice President, Revenue & Growth is a member of the leadership team for Canada and collaborates to drive growth by developing, implementing, and leading our business development strategy and execution.

This role is accountable for organic revenue growth in alignment with our 5-year growth strategy across our Canadian consulting and engineering segment. The Vice President, Revenue and Growth leads a team of Market Sector Leads and collaborates closely with a dedicated team of proposal coordinators to develop winning bids.

This is a hybrid role with both on-site (through our network of regional office locations) and remote working opportunities. Travel to conferences, client meetings, and internal meetings is required. The successful applicant will be involved in a broad range of projects with responsibilities as follows:
Develop & Execute Business Development Strategy- In partnership with service line leaders, lead the development and execution of strategies to grow revenues that align with corporate objectives.- Provide leadership and oversight to a team of Market Sector Leads for the development of market specific business development plans that align with the Canadian growth strategy.- Provide guidance and direction to Client Accountables to develop and execute plans to grow and deliver great service to our focus clients.- Collaborate with the leadership team and stakeholders on strategic projects to drive growth, including identifying potential acquisition targets.- Partner with Service Line Vice Presidents and Market Sector Leads to identify, pursue, and develop relationships with new and existing key accounts.- Develop strategies and lead cross-selling initiatives with other Montrose business segments and partner with Montrose global sales leaders.

Lead Sales Activity- Manage the sales cycle to increase success rates by focusing on the right opportunities and by understanding clients’ procurement processes. Leverage internal tools to track and manage sales opportunities.- Ensure strong CRM hygiene using Salesforce to collaborate, manage progress of account plans, pipeline and documentation of client activities, and communication.- Grow the sales capability of the seller-doers in the organization through mentorship and training.- Prepare monthly reports with data analysis to include sales pipeline, market trends, client activities, leads, events, etc.- Represent Montrose at relevant industry functions.- Participate in major contract negotiations for key accounts.- Lead the development of revenue targets, pricing strategies, forecasting, and pipeline management.- Oversee the development and execution of key account plans.- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to develop marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with and support growth objectives.
