**Your Opportunity**

Reporting directly to Property Managers, Drake Property Management is looking for a **Mobile Building Superintendent** to operate a series of our multi-residential properties located in Mississauga and Brampton Area. This individual will be responsible for executing the day-to-day operational requirements of our buildings.

**Key Accountability and Responsibilities**:
Outlined below are the key accountability and responsibilities of the Mobile Building Superintendent. Accountabilities & responsibilities will not only be limited to the items noted below.

Daily Responsibilities:

- Perform daily building walkthroughs and report any property deficiencies
- Remove any interior or exterior garbage or debris
- Property parking enforcement
- Property Cleaning and upkeep
- Continuous community building with residents, property managers, and the property management team

Weekly Responsibilities:

- Property portfolio garbage & recycling
- Light Gardening
- Vacuum / Light Cleaning of Building Common Areas and Stairwells

Monthly Responsibilities:

- Fire and other related Inspections

As Required Responsibilities:

- Shovel / Salt Walkways
- First point of contact for Maintenance / Fire inspections
- Move-In / Move-Out Inspections
- Deliver Notices

As Required Responsibilities (continued):

- Attending Provider for Trades / Vendors / City
- Minor Maintenance (Common Area and In-Unit)
- Unit cleaning
- Property Common area cleaning
- Minor tenant issues
- After Hours Response (Investigating an Issue, Disaster Recovery, etc.)

Semi-Annual or Annual Responsibilities:

- In-Unit Mini-Split Maintenance
- Fire Inspections

**General working practices**
- This is a full-time 35-hour work week, normally conducted during business hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the occasional need to work beyond these times to meet deadlines.
- Travel is required throughout the Hamilton area and occasionally to our corporate office in Vaughan
- Above market Salary depending on qualifications and experience.

- Minimum of 2 years experience in Property Management, preferably in multi-residential
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Dedicated team player with the flexibility and willingness to work late if required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency including proven Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel are a must)
- Some knowledge of the RTA and familiarity with various Acts, building and fire codes.
- Must have a reliable vehicle
