The chosen applicant will be able to develop lasting rapport with patients, parents and our clinical team. It is also important that this person possesses an affinity for providing an excellent customer service experience. Our clinic have the latest technologies, experienced staff, and a positive atmosphere which encourages professional development.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Acting as the dental ambassador; explaining treatment and procedures to patients and/or guardians
- Working with patients to develop payment plans and ensuring understanding of contracts
- Addressing any patient questions and concerns
- Following up with patients to follow progress and after care
- Strong understanding of benefit billing process and costs
- Understanding and awareness of treatment consultation statistics and reports
- Ability to cross-train and be willing to learn and grow

Qualifications and Skills
- Must be computer proficient and learn new software easily
- Previous experience in sales
- Capable of closing successful sales
- A strong sense of urgency and a willingness to assist where needed
- Ability to work in fast paced practice
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in English
- Willingness to be cross trained in other areas of the clinic
- Previous experience working in a professional sales or customer service environment considered an asset
