About the Role:
This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a Smile Care Specialist to join us in Edmonton, AB. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their smile goals. Your passion for delivering outstanding customer service and your experience in sales/customer service will make you an excellent fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome new patients with a friendly and enthusiastic approach, ensuring they feel welcomed, accommodated, and always encounter a 5-star experience.
• Determine patients' dental concerns and goals for a healthy beautiful smile, guiding educational conversations about treatment options and providing necessary support and information to ensure they feel confident about starting their orthodontic journey.
• Present treatment options, review payment plans, answer questions, and overcome objections to motivate patients to start their smile journey.
• Manage potential cancellations and overcome objections to motivate patients to keep their appointments.
• Optimize appointment schedules to ensure days are fully booked with minimal gaps, ensuring all patients leave with their next appointment scheduled.
• Track and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting to motivate patients to start their smile journey.

Requirements:
• Sales/Customer Service experience required.
• Customer Relationship Management skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable verbal & written communication.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
• Dental experience required.
• Ability to coordinate all aspects of orthodontic care through the patient's orthodontic experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new programs.
