Degree equivalency
Experience providing a variety of general support services (General office support is defined as managing telephone calls, filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning and dealing with clients).
OR
Experience providing service to external clients (such as, but not limited to, experience in the following fields: retail, banking/financial services, tourism, call centres, restaurant/dining services, etc.).

Experience working in a *judicial, quasi-judicial or legal environment.
Experience providing services to internal clients in a file room setting.
Experience working as a Registry Assistant, Support Clerk, Judicial or Legal Assistant or assistant in a similar position.
Definition:
- Judicial or quasi-judicial environment is defined as a Board, Commission, Tribunal or Court (Federal, Provincial or Municipal).
Operational Requirements:
Willing and able to work between 8:30 and 4:30 each day.
Willing and able to work overtime on short notice.
Willing and able to work on site in Ottawa in accordance with a pre-established schedule.
