Data and Project Coordinator

**Purpose**:
The Data and Project Coordinator will support data collection and statistical analysis within the unit, as well as provide general operational activities for special projects.

**Education**:
Completion of a University degree in a related field.

**Experience**:
One year recent and related experience coordinating projects. Data collection and statistical analysis experience an asset.

**Skills**:
Effective oral and written communication skills to elicit and interpret information from a variety of sources, and draft/prepare clear and concise correspondence. Strong interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, consensus-building, sensitivity to diversity and inclusion. Ability to deal with confidential material including personal information and other intellectual property. Excellent organizational and time management skills to schedule, prepare and distribute agendas, attend meetings and take minutes. Strong project coordination and administration skills. Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team and independently to identify and accomplish project(s) objectives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and client relationship management platforms. Proficiency with data collection, statistical analysis, and project management software considered an asset.
