**Position Information**:

- Minimum baccalaureate degree in a healthcare field, engineering, business management or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience with implementation of Accreditation standards
- Lean certification at the Green Belt or Black Belt is preferred.
- Six Sigma preparations is an asset.
- Project management certification is an asset.
- Experience in continuous process improvement, using Lean methodology and tools, in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with process/value stream mapping, process design/redesign and workflow management.
- Demonstrated project and change management skills.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Facilitation, training and presentation skills.
- Results oriented with demonstrated ability to influence positive outcomes.
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Able to develop and utilize effective performance indicators.
- Leadership role in acute medicine.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in acute medicine.
- Satisfactory attendance record.
- Experience with Adult education.
- Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence.
- Satisfactory vulnerable person’s sector criminal background check
- Must have and provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization (2 or more doses)
