**Summary**:
The **Data Incorporation Systems Associate** reports directly to the Manager of Research and Strategic Data Analysis and plays a vital role in supporting the Estimating process by developing and maintaining specialized datasets, to streamline the Estimating process.

**Location: Clearway's Head Office - Maple, ON.**

**Hours of Operations: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)**

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing custom datasets tailored to specific initiatives.
- Perform quality assurance on datasets to ensure completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Maintain documentation on dataset creation processes for internal use.
- Use regular expressions (regex) for text extraction, formatting, and data cleaning as needed.
- Learn and support the HeavyBid estimating software and contribute to ongoing estimating processes.
- Develop Excel and HeavyBid inputs/outputs for estimating workflows according to the team lead's specifications.
- Adhere to company policies and data protection regulations to ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to support data-related tasks and projects, providing assistance as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

**Requirements**:

- College coursework or Diploma in Documentation Technology or equivalent training.
- 0-2+ years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in Clerical/Admin roles.
- Proficient in Excel, with experience managing datasets.
- Experience with regular expressions (regex) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An interest in the construction industry and related processes.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada - no work permit sponsorship is available for this position.
