1. Site Inspection:
Conduct thorough on-site inspections to gather accurate and comprehensive information about the existing structures and facilities, mostly residential.

Cutting of Drywall to expose structural and building elements for documentation involved.

Document the current state of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.

2. Measurements and Surveys:
Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to measure and survey various aspects of the site, including dimensions, elevations, and spatial relationships.

Ensure precision and accuracy in collecting as-built data.

Kneeling and getting to tight spaces for example in the house attic and crawl space for data collection is involved.

3. Photographic Documentation:
Capture high-quality photographs of key elements on-site to provide visual documentation of the existing conditions.

Organize and catalog photographs to correlate with measured data.

4. Data Collection and Recording:
Record all measurements, observations, and relevant data in a systematic and organized manner.

Utilize digital tools or traditional methods to document information, ensuring clarity and completeness.

Documentation of building Architectural, Structural and Mechanical data.

5. Documentation Preparation:
Prepare detailed reports and summaries of the collected as-built data.

Organize information in a clear and accessible format for use by design teams.

6. Update and Revise Documentation:
Incorporate any changes or updates to the as-built documentation based on project modifications or revisions.

Ensure the documentation remains current and reflective of the actual site conditions.

7. Marketing Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns
Placement of company ground signs on regular basis.

8. Assist with other general office work.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in surveying tools and technologies.

Strong ability to use construction tools like drill, reciprocating saw, hammer, ladder, etc.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Construction gear including hard hat and steel toe safety shoes.
- G-License and must own vehicle. (Kilometers will be reimbursed).
