**Here’s what you’ll deliver**:

- Prepare an annual operating budget, goals and objectives for each department and monitor the performance of the departments.
- Direct hiring and training of staff for the Service and Parts Departments.
- Partner with dealership department managers to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Create and foster a positive relationship with customers, and ensure department staff is always helpful.
- Make customer satisfaction a priority to ensure referral and repeat business.
- Create dealership service and pricing policies for approval by the General Manager.
- Ensure service repairs are performed efficiently and correctly by conducting spot checks on jobs.
- Promotes service safety and security procedures.
- Uphold all rules and procedures (i.e., support enforcement, including disciplinary action as necessary).
- Work in strict compliance with the Laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada including, but not limited to, the Employment Standards Act (ESA), the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act (MVDA) and the Accessibilities for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
- Understand and comply with all federal, provincial and local regulations that affect service operations, such as the _Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA),_ waste disposal regulations, etc.
- Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
- Other duties as required by management.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Post Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years experience in the automotive service environment is required.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Automotive Technician’s License is an asset.
- Must have strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and attention-to-detail.
- Must have the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Ability to manage stress and work with tight deadlines.
- Highly self motivated and directed.
- Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
