Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at BTown Services and Collision. This is a full-time position that requires strong bookkeeping skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Manage fixed assets and depreciation, maintaining accurate records and performing regular reconciliations.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, providing valuable insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Post journal entries, prepare statistical reports, and maintain a thorough understanding of our financial systems.
Requirements:
  • College certificate or diploma in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
  • At least 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and other financial software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
