Metro Mechanical Inc. is currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join our head office in Saskatoon, SK. We are a Plumbing & HVAC company with projects ranging from residential to small commercial to large institutional.

To be successful, you will have the following qualifications and experience:

- Grade 12 education, Administrative Diploma, or equivalent experience
- Experience in construction industry an asset
- Quickbooks Online experience preferred, but not required
- Strong Computer Proficiency; including good formatting, grammatical, and word processing skills using MS Office (Word, Excel) as well as Adobe PDF
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide effective administrative assistance to all divisions
- Customer and Contract set up and maintenance
- Purchase order invoicing and tracking
- Analysis of field reports to ensure accuracy
- Coordinating with Payroll Supervisor and the administration of employee daily timecards
- Administrative support of our Safety Program
- Data entry and accounts payable support

Hours & Compensation:

- Flexible hours available - we will work together to determine a schedule (Ideally 30 to 40 hours per week).
- Wage to be hourly and based on experience. Please mention wage expectations with submission of resume.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
