As the _Franchise Business Coach_ for Foxy Box, your primary responsibility will be mentoring, guiding and supporting franchise partners to be successful in their shops. You will build and foster positive relationships, communicate effectively, and ensure compliance with the Franchise Agreement.

**Experience**:

- At least three years of multi-unit management experience, with at least one year in a franchised environment.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in an operations role.
- At least three years of experience in a management position with a recognizable brand.
- Experience in successfully managing new location openings.
- Proven ability to effectively complete field audits.
- Experience in developing strategies to increase sales in local markets.
- Training and coaching experience are an asset.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent.
- A strong understanding of financial accounting.
- Exceptional planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to analyze data to assess performance and priorities.
- Must be highly self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong strategic and creative capabilities.
- Ability to work well independently and display a high degree of accountability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support an engaging, trusting and mutually profitable relationship between the franchisee and the franchisor.
- Perform financial analysis and planning with stores.
- Initiate action plans and follow-up visits to remedy Operational Audits.
- Where needed, support franchisee training and development.
- Coordinate, as required, the execution of national marketing programs.
- Propose and support the implementation of approved system-wide operational initiatives.
- Support franchisees with an effective recruitment and retention strategy for new employees.
- Participate and support new store openings as directed.
- Maintain a high level of communication between the HQ and each franchisee weekly.
- Develop an acute understanding of the hair removal industry and other services offered.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
