**Job Title: Project Coordinator - Landscaping & Construction**
**Location**: Sherwood Park and Edmonton area.
**Job Type**: Full-Time

We are currently seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive "Project Coordinator" to join our growing team, help manage the seamless execution of projects and building a better tomorrow.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Management**: Oversee multiple landscaping and construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Also, focusing on optimizing operations and ensuring scalability as the company grows.
- **Coordination & Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, project managers, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
- **Scheduling & Logistics**: Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and track project progress to ensure all deadlines are met. Manage deliveries, equipment, and material logistics. Improve internal processes to ensure efficiency and profitability
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, permits, and compliance records. Using our software to assist that goal.
- **Budget Tracking**: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and assist in cost management to ensure projects stay within financial parameters.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all work meets companies high standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements to project managers and sub contractors. Ensuring our employees are held accountable and adjusting all issues.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any problems immediately ensuring mínimal impact on timeline and quality.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in landscaping, construction, or related industries.
- _**Construction**_ definition - concrete, asphalt, carpentry, gas fitting, electrical, plumbers and other subs.
- _**Landscaping **_definition - hardscaping, installations, snow removal, lawn care and home repair.
- Safety protocols is a must.
- Strong understanding of products and supplies needed in order to complete projects.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with no mistakes. Also maintain organized records of project documentation including contracts, change orders, and meeting notes.
- Time management skills is a must to hit deadlines and with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Review blueprints and schematics to ensure compliance with project specifications by law and other specs.
- Strong communication skills, both written, verbal and with our software for the ability to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and other team members / employees. Strong delegation skills needed.
- Proficiency in project management software and conduct construction/landscaping estimating tasks to provide accurate cost assessments.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate problem-solving skills and always come up with a solution.
- A degree or certification in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
