Assistant Manager Operations in a Media Company

**Responsibilities**:
- **Content Management**: Oversee the scheduling, production, and distribution of media content, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- **Workflow Optimization**: Implement efficient workflows and processes for content creation, editing, and publishing to improve operational efficiency.
- **Resource Allocation**: Manage resources such as equipment, facilities, and personnel to support media production activities and meet project deadlines.
- **Technical Support**: Coordinate with production team to ensure technical systems, software, and equipment are operational and support media production needs..
- **Compliance and Standards**: Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to media production and distribution.
- **Project Coordination**: Work closely with content creators, editors, designers, and other teams to plan and execute media projects from concept to completion.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks or issues related to media production operations and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in media operations is an added advantage.
- **Technical Skills**:. Familiarity with video/audio editing, graphics design, or multimedia production is advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams, communicate project requirements, and convey ideas effectively.
- **Project Management**: Strong project management abilities to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources for multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in media content and production processes.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, handle tight deadlines, and navigate changes or challenges in media production workflows.
- **Creativity**: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to innovate, develop new ideas, and contribute to the enhancement of media content and strategies.
- **Flexible working hours**: Must be flexible to work at any given time to meet the deadlines, coordinate last minute events, etc.
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
