La Fédération des coopératives du Nouveau-Québec is owned by its fourteen member co-ops in the Inuit communities of Nunavik. FCNQ was established in 1967 to provide the rapidly growing cooperative movement with more effective powers and services to help attain their vision “Atautsikut” Together—working to develop as a people, leaving none behind.

Under the supervision of the Team Lead—Software, the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO) System Administrator will be responsible for configuration changes and maintenance of our Dynamics 365FO deployment. This includes making recommendations to meet business needs considering Dynamics 365 best practices; standardization of use across the organization; to make the necessary changes to ensure the continuous improvement of the system; perform routine maintenance; provide technical support for service requests as well as to investigate and resolve incidents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the Dynamics 365FO implementation project;
- Work closely with the implementing partner to understand the needs of different departments how the system will be implemented;
- Manage all basic administrative functions such as managing user access and security roles as well as maintaining tables;
- Create new reports, forms and dashboards;
- Maintain and configure information flows;
- Download data files according to business needs;
- Configure and maintain data imports and exports;
- Analyze and resolve incidents, anomalies and defects;
- Help prepare for and administer upgrades and help identify related training needs;
- Participate in user training;
- Establish and document processes to support users;
- Any other related tasks requested by the immediate supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or management information technology;
- 2 years of experience in analysis and design;
- Experience implementing Dynamics 365FO;
- Experience as a Dynamics 365FO administrator;
- Experience using Azure services;
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365FO best practices and features;
- Experience with D365FO interfacing and integration;
- Knowledge of related technologies such as: Microsoft Stack, Office 365 SharePoint, Microsoft Azure and Power BI;
- Be able to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Likes to take on new challenges and bring new ideas;
- Be able to manage and coordinate several projects simultaneously;
- Conscientious, organized and good analytical skills.

**Note:
**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
