Position Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Administrator is a great opportunity for an individual looking to join an innovative organization and enjoy working in a changing and fast-paced work environment.

Essential Functions:

- Perform all day-to-day accounting functions, primary focus on accounts receivable, and assisting the rest of the accounting department as required.
- Daily collection call follow-up.
- Daily processing of invoices to ensure accuracy of invoice and PODS for electronic submission.
- Daily processing of incoming payments (cheques, EFT, credit card, Wire)
- Maintain files as required - hardcopy and electronic.
- Various other accounting and office admin-related duties as assigned.

Education Requirement:

- College diploma in Finance or Accounting

Required Skills and Knowledge:

- 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or Account Administrator role.
- Invoicing
- Payables/Receivables
- Bill of Lading/PODs
- Software: Office 365, CargoWise, Adobe PDF
- Experience in transportation is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving, out of the box thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a small team.
- Effective time management skills
- Manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Accurate and timely data entry

$40,000 - $50,000
