**Lieu de travail** : 9001, boul. de l’Acadie, bureau 200, Montréal (Québec) H4N 3H7 et télétravail (poste hybride)

**Statut** : Permanent, temps plein

Relevant du directeur principal infrastructure, TI et service à la clientèle, votre mandat comme Technical Lead - infrastructure - Infonuagique Microsoft Azure, consiste à assumer la gestion et le leadership technique des équipes Support TI et Infrastructure afin d’assurer un service à la clientèle de haute qualité. Vous aurez aussi un rôle important à jouer dans le développement de l’équipe où vous veillerez à implanter les meilleures pratiques.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Gérer et contrôler les infrastructures technologiques et les télécommunications ;
- Être responsable de la gestion des infrastructures technologiques notamment de l’implantation, de la performance, de la disponibilité, de la maintenance et de l’évolution des infrastructures et des logiciels serveurs, réseau, stockage, sauvegarde, télécommunications et accès ;
- Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration et d’optimisation des infrastructures technologiques et des télécommunications ;
- Être responsable de l’organisation du travail au sein de son équipe et, à cet effet, procéder à l’analyse de la charge de travail en vue d’une distribution équitable de celle-ci entre les employés.

**Gestion et contrôle de la sécurité informatique**:

- Assister le département de sécurité de Sollio Agriculture et mettre en place un plan de gestion de la sécurité informatique et assurer les vérifications de sécurité régulières ;
- Assurer la conformité des installations et des licences ;
- Être responsable du plan de relève et de recouvrement des services.

**Gestion de services**:

- Établir et mettre en place les meilleures pratiques, méthodologies, normes de qualité et processus reliés aux systèmes sous sa responsabilité ;
- Coordonner et assurer le suivi des ententes de services avec les fournisseurs externes ;
- Recommander de façon proactive les investissements dans les systèmes, élaborer les études de cas et appels d’offres, effectuer une vigie des nouveautés technologiques.

**VOS ATOUTS**
- Vous détenez un baccalauréat en gestion des technologies de l’information ou une discipline appropriée
- Vous possédez au minimum 7 années d’expérience pertinentes en gestion du personnel dans le domaine des infrastructures technologiques, des télécommunications et de la sécurité informatique ;
- Certifications pertinentes en technologie ou télécommunication (un atout) ;
- Fortes connaissances techniques et des meilleures pratiques avec Microsoft Cloud (Azure) et M365 ;
- Connaissances approfondies des technologies serveurs, réseau, stockage, télécommunication et de la sécurité informatique ;
- Connaissance des meilleures pratiques en technologies de l’information ;
- Disponibilité 24 /7 au besoin pour supporter des incidents et mises en production majeurs ;
- On vous reconnaît pour votre approche clientèle et par la qualité de vos actions ;
- Compétences en analyse de données, outils statistiques et être capable de développer et de mettre en œuvre des solutions basées sur les données objectives ;
- Aptitudes en communication afin articuler des concepts et des idées complexes à une variété d'audiences et être capables de développer des relations solides avec les parties prenantes de l'organisation ;
- En raison de la nature du rôle nécessitant des interactions avec des clients nationaux, le bilinguisme en français et en anglais est requis pour ce poste.
