**What you’ll do**

This role is tailored for ambitious professionals who aspire to advance within our iconic retail organization and grow into an Associate Project Management position. As a vital member of our construction team, the National Project Coordinator will report directly to the Associate Vice President of Construction & Design and will:

- Prioritize customer service and champion innovation.
- Provide crucial coordination & administrative support to the National Construction & Design project management team
- Take the lead in creating, managing and deploying process improvements nationally
- Lead the coordination of all national vendor accounts for each Canadian region in partnership with their project managers, this includes pre-ordering of long lead equipment and issue resolution
- Lead the execution of construction contracts, track critical project deliverables and close-outs
- Facilitate & lead stewardship of reporting (schedule, Cost, Quality) at a national level
- Lead and manage national contractor tender prequalification and safety assessments
- Manage the national teams organizational file structure, develop new templates, and own the teams construction documentation
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping and filing of project documents.
- Foster effective relationships both internally and externally to successfully execute projects and maintain client satisfaction.

**What you bring**
- Atleast 2 years of experience in construction management, design, engineering, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree (or Diploma in a related field).
- Previous experience in commercial real estate, such as large retailers, developers, architectural or engineering firms, or construction companies.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, etc.), with experience in project management tools preferred.
- Proven expertise in tracking, closing, and reporting on risk and control issues.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated adaptability in complex organizational environments.
