Within this exciting context, Niagara College is seeking its next **Dean of Media, Trades and Technology**. Reporting to the Vice President Academic, the Dean will ensure efficient and effective divisional operations and will develop and implement a strategic vision that aligns with Niagara College's goals through collaborations with faculty, staff, students, community partners, and industry leaders.
Additionally, the Dean will promote a culture of excellence in teaching, learning, applied research, and innovation. They will develop and oversee expansion of high-quality programs that meet student and market needs, plan for new facilities, inspire innovation amongst faculty, and foster strong partnerships with industry to enhance student learning and drive innovation, serving as a visible ambassador to the College within the community.
