Logistic Assistant

Bittele Electronics Inc. is an established Turn-Key PCB assembly company specializing in prototype and low-to-mid volume PCB assembly. Our facility in Toronto, Canada incorporates our Head Office, Sales Office, Parts Procurement Team, as well as our new State-of-the-Art PCB Assembly line. In business since 2003, we are securing a strong brand name and reputation in low-to-mid volume Turn-key PCB assembly throughout the EMS industry.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Perform packing duties, ensuring products are securely and efficiently packaged for shipping.
- Responsible for the daily shipping route between facilities.
- Count and verify the quantity of small electronic components accurately.
- Utilize basic math skills to measure and create well-fitting boxes for shipping goods.
- Maintain an organized inventory.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for receiving and shipping operations.
- Utilize an ERP system for order processing and inventory tracking.
- Assist with other logistics tasks as needed, including order fulfillment and shipment documentation
- Other tasks assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Valid full G-class driver's license
- Completion and acquisition of high school diploma
- Work experience in electronic manufacturing company would be an asset
- Able to work under pressure and fast paced environment
- Being able and willing to work in warehouse environment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to perform Microsoft Excel and Word
- Attention to detail, responsible, be able to work well with others and independently
- Strong oral and written English and Mandarin communication skills
