**Position Overview**:
As the **Project Lead**, you will oversee and participate in the on-site execution of projects, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires excellent project management skills, technical expertise in plumbing systems within HVACR, and the ability to lead teams effectively. You will be the key point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and ensuring that our plumbing solutions meet their specific needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the detailed planning and execution of plumbing projects, ensuring seamless coordination between the project management team, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure that all plumbing systems are installed according to design specifications, industry codes, and quality standards.
- Supervise and manage project teams, including subcontractors and technicians, ensuring clear communication, performance management, and adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety across the team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive resolution of issues that may impact project delivery.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, change orders, and safety records, and provide regular project status reports to senior management.
- Oversee project close-out activities, including final inspections, client handover, and evaluation of project success for continuous improvement.
- Daily progress reports and updates to Project Manager.
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders - timelines, disruption and estimated completion dates.
**Qualifications**:
- Red Seal Plumber/Gasfitter
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project execution, specifically in plumbing or mechanical systems within commercial HVAC servicing.
- Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams and managing subcontractors.
- Familiarity with local building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations
- Proficient in MS Office Suite

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
