OCH is currently seeking a dedicated Culture, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, who will play a critical role in fostering a high engagement work culture that reflects OCH’s commitment to diversity, inclusion and belonging. Under the guidance of the Chief People, Communications and Strategy Officer, the Culture, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist will collaborate with various departments to develop, implement, and evaluate programs and initiatives that promote a high engagement work culture centred around diversity, equity and inclusion.

The Specialist will champion workplace culture, diversity, equity and inclusion. They will work collaboratively with the human resources team to develop, coordinate, deliver and evaluate programs and initiatives that will promote employee engagement, encourage diversity, promote equity and inclusion, and support OCH’s culture journey.

**As a Culture, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, some of the things you will do include**:
**Diversity and Inclusion**
- Creates and executes comprehensive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic goals and core values.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to integrate DE&I principles into organizational practices and policies.
- Designs and delivers DE&I training programs and workshops for employees at all levels.
- Facilitates discussions and activities that promote understanding and appreciation of diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Plans and plays a leadership role in the Diversity and Inclusion Champions Table meetings, ensuring action items are captured and followed up on.
- Supports the establishment, enhancement and impact of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
- Analyzes data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and measure the impact of DE&I initiatives.
- Reviews and updates company policies to ensure they promote DE&I and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Serves as a resource for employees and management on DE&I-related issues and concerns.
- Builds partnerships with external organizations, communities, and stakeholders to enhance the OCH’s DE&I efforts.
- Represents OCH at relevant events, conferences, and forums.
- Develops DE&I communications, including news posts, reports, and updates.
- Maintains DE&I resource page with resources, tools, and information for employees.

**Culture & Engagement**
- Plays a key leadership role in the development of innovative solutions to strengthen diversity, equity and inclusion and cultural competencies across OCH.
- Drives cultural change through implementing strategies to strengthen the corporate culture and eliminate barriers to inclusion.
- Supports the development, implementation and monitoring of programs and initiatives in support of the Culture Roadmap and other employee engagement initiatives.
- Conducts regular assessments of the OCH’s culture and DE&I climate through Culture Chats, surveys, and other feedback mechanisms.
- Keeps senior management informed about culture programs and about the effectiveness of the workplace culture initiatives.
- In collaboration with the People, Culture and Communications team, supports the development, implementation and evaluation of staff events.
