We are hiring an Administrator, Commercial Renewals

**Reporting To**: Associate Director, Commercial Renewals & Assumptions

**Full-Time/Part
- Time**: Full-time

**Hours of Work**: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

**Grade**: 4.3

**The Opportunity**:
The Administrator is responsible for assisting and supporting the various team members of the Commercial Mortgage Renewals and Assumptions department. The Administrator is responsible for depositing and posting fees on the Optimus system, in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Administrator will also be responsible for advising originators of all upcoming renewal accounts and updating the CRM for reporting purposes. The Administrator will work closely with both the Commercial Underwriting and Commercial Servicing departments. The Administrator also acts as liaison between the underwriter, the investor, insurance consultant and the solicitor to work toward completion of each file on a timely manner.
- Advise originators of upcoming renewals files, prepare letters to borrowers as required
- Arrange for the execution of various documents by the appropriate signatories and distribution to the requesting parties
- Assist team members in monitoring the status of each renewal file
- Work with Management to prepare weekly and monthly Reports for Management and Investors
- Process deposits for fees; Ensure investor fees and requirements have been met prior to completion of each file
- Ensure all required ID Verification and Down Payment Verification is obtained and completed for each renewal and assumption file
- Process the terms of extensions and renewals on the Optimus system
- Setup PAC, run amortization schedule and prepare Borrower Confirmation letter for each renewal file
- Scan and save documents to applicable paperless files
- Follow up with Investor on fees and executed documents when applicable
- Follow up with Solicitor and Insurance consultant for documents
- Perform other duties and complete special projects as assigned by Management

**The Requirements Needed**:

- Post-secondary and/or equivalent work experience preferred
- Two or more years’ experience in the mortgage / financial industry
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Experience working in a paperless office environment
- Must be proficient in Word and Excel
- Good understanding of mortgage security documentation
- Prior experience processing mortgage assumptions, renewals and/or new loan transactions an asset
- Experience working with the Optimus and CRM systems an asset
- Understanding of the Identification verification requirements an asset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team environment
