Giant Tiger is seeking a summer 2024, Portfolio Coordinator.

As the Portfolio Coordinator, you will work under the supervision of the Head of Portfolio Management and have the chance to develop transferable skills and experience for your resume at a top Canadian retailer Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary resource as it relates to the administration of portfolio document artifacts and meetings.

Portfolio Coordinator Intern, Role Highlights:

- Coordination of weekly IT portfolio meetings to assist in keeping projects on track
- Administration of project portfolio documents
- Communications to IT leaders related to portfolio deliverables
- Assisting with the execution of the new portfolio management approach
- Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Business, Arts, Information Technology or Administrative program
- Excellent time management skills
- Desire to conduct administration based tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is considered an asset
- Ability to quickly adapt and excel in learning new skills and technologies
