Paradox Access Solutions is a family-owned company and industry leader in innovative access solutions in Western Canada. Since 2004, Paradox has been providing industrial access matting solutions and ground reinforcement for the pipeline, utility, municipal, general construction, and energy sectors.

**What You’ll Do at Paradox**:

- This role is for an energetic, self-motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize competing demands throughout our business.
- Manage full onboarding process with operational personnel including assignment of onboarding paperwork, confirming completion status, informing support departments of new hires (Safety, IT, etc) and ensuring a fast and efficient process to clear new hires to start in the time period as required by Operations
- Creating Job postings and working with hiring managers to complete Job Descriptions
- Support and standardize onboarding/offboarding activities including internal workflows and document collection
- Ensuring new employees personnel file is complete with all required paperwork
- Conduct pre screens, schedule interviews and attend interviews when required
- Deliver training and provide continuous support to all new hires and existing employees
- Maintaining the SharePoint intranet by ensuring all HR related documents are current,
- filed, and stored correctly
- Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries
- Ability to communicate clearly between departments within the organization
- Conduct exit interviews
- Other duties may be assigned as required.

**What You’ll Bring to Paradox**:

- EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Post secondary Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field
- CPHR designation would be considered an asset
- 2 - 4 years Recruitment Experience
- 2 + years Human Resources experience
- ADP experience would be considered an asset
- Understanding of the Construction and Oil & Gas industries would be an asset
- High level of proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- High level of professionalism and demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Superior time management skills and multitasking skills with a strong sense of urgency under mínimal supervision.
- Strong customer service skills
- Superior attention to detail
