**Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the organization and coordination of HR initiatives and programs.
- Facilitate employee relations, including addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring a smooth flow of HR procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with legislative requirements and company policies.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and employee performance management systems.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure teams remain compliant with all company policies and procedures, and federal, provincial, and local regulations that govern HR practices.

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Pursuit of CPHR designation is an asset.
- Construction industry experience is an advantage.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and ethical HR practices.
