**What can you expect as a Business Development Manager at Ranger Design?**
The Business Development Manager position drives sales for truck equipment and ensure that truck equipment is promoted throughout the business. You will be expected to:
- Build and maintain a sales roadmap to enable us to hit our sales objectives.
- Identify target customers (both fleet and distribution)
- Identify truck equipment sales opportunities and support sales BDMs to help them close sales.
- Attend tradeshows & industry events
- Identify and work with BDMs to open new distributors focused on truck sales and secure opening orders including physically visiting potential distributor locations.
- Proactive outreach to Large Fleets to generate interest and sales.
- Create a network of relevant contacts throughout the industry
- Organize and execute product and sales trainings internally to ensure our sales teams are knowledgeable and excited about truck products.

- 5+ years of demonstrated successful FMC or Upfitter sales experience to large national fleets
- Strong English language verbal and written communication skills

- Proactive and competitive hunting skills
- Ability to travel throughout the US
