Reporting directly to the Director of Aftersales, the **CDK, Service, and Parts Trainer** is responsible for analyzing the Aftersales departments performance, monitoring KPIs to ensure the departments are running with the PAG guidelines and Industry standards.

**Here’s what you’ll deliver**:
- Conducts CDK training to staff and new hires at various PAG locations.
- Travel to PAG locations including dealerships and operational sites across Ontario.
- Develop, coordinate and deliver ongoing CDK training and workshops.
- Manages Service daily reporting and acts as a support to the After Sales teams for updates or trouble shooting.
- Liaises between accounting and After Sales departments for warranty schedule inquiries and concerns.
- Liaises between accounting and After Sales departments for sublet schedule inquiries and concerns.
- Manages and coordinates monthly CSI, Parts Obsolescence, and Group Service Reports on a monthly basis.
- Monitors and analysis After Sales KPI's to ensure best practices are met.
- Generally assists the Director of Aftersales with any additional projects or tasks.
- Other duties as required by management.
**What do you need to succeed?**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Extensive CDK DMS knowledge and experience.
- Minimum 7-10 years experience in the automotive service industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
- Significant Aftersales operations knowledge and experience.
- Strong computer & leadership skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Must be willing to be flexible with work schedule.

**This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience**
**Job Type**:Full Time - Permanent
**Salary**:$95,000 - $125,000 per year
