**Technicien Comptable & Administratif**

**CloudRaker est à la recherche d'un technicien comptable et administratif pour prendre en charge le cycle des comptes payables, la paie et quelques processus administratifs au sein d'une entreprise en croissance. Vous aimez la variabilité, l'amélioration des processus et êtes méthodiques dans votre approche? Cette opportunité pourrait être pour vous**

**Votre quotidien**:

- Comptabilité
- Gestion du cycle des comptes payables ;
- Soutien au besoin pour les encaissements clients ;
- Gestion et validation des comptes de dépenses ;
- Gestion de la paie pour 3 entitées d'affaires ;
- Conciliation des cartes de crédit de compagnie ;
- Soutien lors des audits annuels.
- Administration:

- Administration de l'assurance collective et programmes sociaux en place ;
- Gestion et suivi du budget de formation ;
- Gestion des contrats et information bancaires pour ressources externes ;
- Point de contact RH pour toutes questions de paie, lettres d'emploi, etc;
- Préparer les descriptions de postes et les partager à travers un ATS;
- Prise en charge des dossiers CNESST (santé et sécurité au travail, équité salariale, etc). ;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.

**Vous avez**:

- Un DEC en comptabilité;
- Une expérience en comptabilité ou administration des affaires;
- 1-2 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire;
- Une excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral;
- Une bonne maîtrise des fonctions sur Excel;
- Une capacité à travailler sur plusieurs dossiers en parallèle;
- Un sens des priorités;
- Une connaissance de logiciels comptables.

**Accounting & Administrative Technician**

**CloudRaker is looking for an accounting and administrative technician to take charge of the accounts payable cycle, payroll and some administrative processes within a growing company. Do you enjoy variability, process improvement and are methodical in your approach? This opportunity could be for you**

**Your daily routine**:

- Accounting
- Management of the accounts payable cycle;
- Support as needed for client payments;
- Management and validation of expense accounts;
- Payroll management for 3 business entities;
- Company credit card reconciliation;
- Support for annual audits.
- Administration:

- Administration of group insurance and social programs in place;
- Management and follow-up of training budget;
- Management of contracts and banking information for external resources;
- Act as HR point of contact for all payroll issues, letters of employment, etc.;
- Prepare job descriptions and share them through an ATS;
- Take charge of CNESST files (occupational health and safety, pay equity, etc.).
- All other related tasks.

**You have**:

- A DEC in accounting;
- Experience in accounting or business administration;
- 1-2 years experience in a similar position;
- Excellent command of written and spoken French and English;
- Good command of Excel functions;
- Ability to work on several files in parallel;
- A sense of priorities;
- Knowledge of accounting software.

**You must be**:

- Resourceful: able to fetch information or elements as needed;
- Autonomous: have a sense of anticipation and initiative;
