**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Evaluate the performance, quality, and compliance of contractors.
- Manage projects from A to Z, define customer requirements, draft quotes, manage calls for tenders, and carry out work.
- Carry out “walk-arounds” and performance audits of subcontracted suppliers.
- Manage documentation and ensure contractual compliance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in order to support the company's preventive vision.
- Ensure proper monitoring of indicators and manage the contractual discrepancies.
- Write work permits.
- Assist with budget planning.
- Build relationships with internal customers, be present at problem resolution meetings.
- Make checks and corrections when there are price discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date contractor files to ensure you leave a record of service quality.

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have technical college training, or any other equivalent training/experience combination;
- You speak French and English orally and in writing
- You have very good time management
- You have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- You have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite, MS project
- You are used to working with the different modules of an ERP system (Maximo desirable)
