We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our amazing team.
- **Position Overview**_:_
- **Responsibilities**_**:
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities
- Implement and enforce operational procedures
- Train new employees on warehouse processes
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock rotation
- Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize logistics
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a safe working environment
- **Skills and Competencies**:_
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate warehouse staff
- Ability to fabricate solutions for warehouse challenges
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members effectively
- Experience working in a unionized environment
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- **Working Environment**:_
The job will be performed primarily in Olympics' warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cold. The job will be performed in a shared office and on the warehouse floor with work around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
