We have an average salary, with benefits after the waiting period.
All general Management duties including training, overseeing day to day operations. Management duties include but are not limited to ordering and inventory controls, auditing, banking, HR and scheduling, payroll, reports, closing and overseeing general operations of Foh and Boh.
This is a full time contract 6 month position. You must have experience working within a team environment and working as a team leader. Leadership and Training skills are necessary.
Working within the realm of the Franchise. Ability to assist with new store opens within the franchise and training for the stores.
You should bring to the table, experience in managing, delegating, and follow through; ability to travel for work; a great personality; ability to serve customers, ability to multi task; dedication to the franchise, ability to serve customers with great service; and a can do attitude.
Ability to implement the procedures and evaluate staff.

**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and performance
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Implement company policies and procedures
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with other supervisors to achieve company goals
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in food service management is necessary
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- ability to communicate with a diverse customer base
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
