We are currently seeking a highly qualified Marketing Manager to join our team on a temporary basis for six months. This critical role will be responsible for designing, launching, and managing marketing campaigns across all digital platforms, both internal and external. As Marketing Manager, you will be expected to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand messaging. Additionally, you will be monitoring the performance of our marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and providing insights to improve our overall strategy.

- $30 per hour (based on experience)

**POSITION SPECIFIC PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The Marketing Manager shall perform the following specific duties:

- Automation of marketing processes
- Ensure the website is updated with, but not limited to, changes to business hours and updated business photos, and all content is current and relevant
- Measure, analyze and report on all marketing initiatives, assessing ROI and KPIs
- Compile monthly reports while analyzing data to make sound recommendations for campaign optimization and future program strategy
- Create, maintain, and monitor social media platforms, providing content and suggestions for focus; to make the feeds exciting and relevant to promote current initiatives
- Create and maintain funnels
- Regularly mine customer and sales databases to determine trends, identify opportunities and monitor the performance of marketing initiatives
- Work with external designers to deliver consistent on-brand marketing support for use across all channels in various formats
- Co-ordinate special publicity events, promotions, and press releases
- Review and respond to user-generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner
- Control costs and produce marketing pieces in a cost-effective manner
- Keep current with the dental industry (our products/services versus our competitor's products/services)

**ACCOUNTABILITY**

**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION**
- Lead generating experience, PPC, SEO, AdWords, etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace products (proficiency with reporting systems and spreadsheets is required)
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written. The employee must be able to write clear and concise communication
- Passionate about driving brand growth
- Effective deadline management and project management skills
- Able to multi-task, be self-motivated and able to work independently but work well with others
- Highly organized
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Hard-working and dependable
- Goal-oriented and driven by challenges
