STEMCELL Technologies is Canada’s largest Biotech company, and we’re continuing to grow Our Enterprise Infrastructure team is looking for an IT Systems Analyst providing end-user computing support. **Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide Tier 2-3 support in both lead and collaborator capacities, tracking objectives, as well as feasibility, time estimates, and compatibility of potential resolutions
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement and collaborate with the team and the business to deliver the optimal IS solutions
- Plan, schedule and perform maintenance and continually monitor performance of systems
- Respond to emergencies and system failures including after-hours problems and lead the response and resolution of escalated issues
- Provide transparent communication to clients, and maintain thorough documentation
**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Experience providing Tier 2-3 support in a multisite, web and cloud-based IT environment using Google Suite and/or M365 and Azure and/or AWS
- Strong proficiency with Intune (or MDT/SCCM) deployment, automation and packaging
- Exposure to automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, Java, etc. would be a strong asset
- Open approach to working across a broad range of technologies, and with people from diverse professional backgrounds
- Exceptional communication, customer service, task and time management skills while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
