Senior Business Analyst to analyze business systems and processes, for enhancements on a Business and Technical Transformation

Our public sector client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to analyze business systems and processes, for enhancements on a Business and Technical Transformation

Must Have:

  • 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Demonstrated practice of the Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile, Scrum project management methodology.
  • Demonstrated practice of business process streamlining and re-engineering.
  • Exceptional ability to build compelling business cases, conduct strategic analysis such as cost/benefit and impact analysis, and manage RFP process and other critical business analysis skills.

Nice to Have:

  • CSM, CSPO, Lean, and/or Six Sigma certifications
  • Experience working with Microsoft CRM and/or Microsoft Business Central products
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience working with a health regulator

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and document current business systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to elicit, document, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Evaluate proposed solutions against business requirements, assess feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals, and support testing processes.
  • Define Business Analyst deliverables, provide BA plans, and support project management throughout the software development life cycle.
