**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a range of NDT techniques such as ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), liquid penetrant testing (PT), and/or visual testing (VT) according to industry standards and project requirements.
- Prepare and set up equipment for inspections, ensuring accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Interpret and evaluate test data to identify defects, anomalies, or irregularities in materials or structures.
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing findings, including recommendations for corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, quality assurance, and project management teams to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Maintain equipment calibration and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in NDT techniques preferred.
- Certification in one or more NDT methods (e.g., CGSB, CWB) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably within the non-destructive testing industry.
- Proficiency in NDT equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for onsite inspections.
- Travel including overnight stays out of town will be required.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
