- **Previous farming or agricultural experience is required**:

- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to operate and maintain basic farm machinery and tools.
- A humble attitude (this is a deal-breaker). We all have things to learn from one another
- Basic knowledge of animal care and crop cultivation is advantageous.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- A passion for agriculture and a positive, can-do attitude.

**Here’s what an average week might look like for you**
- **Crop Production**: Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting various crops.
- **Livestock Care**: Feed and care for livestock, ensuring their health and well-being.
- **Hands-on, “fingers in the dirt” work**:Composting slaughterhouse waste from our onsite abattoir, pumping blood for transport, cleaning holding pens and other jobs on that nature.
- **Strategic Planning**: You will have the benefit of direct stewardship of livestock and crops; who better to plan their husbandry and growth with our leadership team?
- **Farm Maintenance**: Perform general farm maintenance tasks, including repairing fences, maintaining irrigation systems, and basic building repairs.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment under supervision.
- **General Labor**: Handle a variety of manual labor tasks, such as lifting, digging, and cleaning.
- **Health Monitoring**: Help monitor the health of crops and livestock, reporting any issues promptly.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
