Fruit Farm Worker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fruit Farm Worker to join our team at S & S Sanghera Berry Farms Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our fruit farm, including crop harvesting, maintenance, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the crops to ensure optimal growth and quality.
  • Assist in the harvesting of fruits and vegetables, including hand harvesting and operating farm machinery.
  • Monitor and control pests and diseases in the crops.
  • Perform weeding and fertilization tasks as required.
  • Assist in the maintenance of farm equipment and tools.
  • Work in a team environment to achieve farm goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with regular exposure to the elements. The work site will be located on our farm, and the candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team.
