Calgary, Canada Frontier Lodging Solutions Full time

The Supplier Relationship Ambassador at Frontier Lodging Solutions will develop and manage robust partnerships with hotel suppliers. This role includes traveling to various locations to engage with hotel management, evaluate partnership agreements, and oversee the implementation of Frontier Lodging Solution’s initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
Cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers at all levels, supporting the full cycle relationship between Supplier and Frontier.
- Travel to supplier locations for meetings and property assessments.
- Collaborate with suppliers to implement best practices and enhance service delivery.
- Promote Frontier Lodging's services and value propositions to potential and existing suppliers.
- Facilitate open communication and explore new collaboration opportunities with supplier partners.
- Educate suppliers on new and existing Frontier Lodging processes and systems.
- Understand the hotel’s processes and systems and communicate insights back to Frontier for process enhancement.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure adherence to company standards and provide supporting educational materials.
- Develop and maintain production and trend reporting, creating tracking systems and dashboards to ensure compliance with Frontier’s policies and third-party standards.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to drive volume growth based on supplier interactions.
- Identify trends and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits of RFP rate loading and accessibility on the Global Distribution System (GDS).
- Oversee the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and contracts.
- Maintain accurate supplier information in internal databases including property assessments and updated photographs.

Support Frontier’s growth by maintaining current relationships, building new ones, and proactively identifying market opportunities.
- Act as the initial contact for addressing and resolving supplier-related customer service issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address issues and ensure client/supplier satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Gather and analyze supplier insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Providing feedback to Frontier (Projects Department) about supplier locations and conditions.

**Required skills and qualifications**:
A valid driver’s license is **mandatory.**

**Education**:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

**Experience**:
Quality Assurance, 2+ years in Account Management or Supervisor level Customer Service.

**Skills**:
**Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills**, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration.

**Proactive and self-motivated**, capable of working independently while possessing strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Strong problem-solving and customer service expertise,** with proficiency in process analysis, data interpretation, and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Travel Requirements**: Requirement to travel **extensively**, more **than 50% of the month,** to various hotel and supplier locations.

**Starting salary**:$45,000-$50,000 annually.

With growth and experience, total compensation for this role can reach up to $70,000 annually.
