Reporting to the Meat Department Manager, the Meat Cutter prepares a variety of meats using equipment such as meat saws, grinders, knives and wrapping machine while ensuring the meat cases are stocked.

What You Bring to Our Team:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a meat cutter role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to stand, lift heavy items and bend
- Excellent knife skills
What You Get To Do:
- Provide courteous, friendly and efficient customer service
- Ensure a positive, friendly and supportive work environment
- Cut, trim, and debone meat with the safe operation of tools
- Produce signature meat products such as sausages, hamburgers and ground beef
- Assist in unloading deliveries and check for accuracy and freshness
- Organize and ensure proper storage of inventory
- Create, maintain and rotate product display
- Sharpen or adjust knives
- Answer telephone calls and receive orders
- Follow and ensure government regulations, company policies and procedures
- Attend occasional staff meetings
- Other assigned duties as they may aris
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
