- **Meat Processing**: Operate industrial cutting machines and tools to process large quantities of meat, including beef, pork, and poultry, into specified cuts for distribution.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect incoming meat products for quality and freshness, ensuring all meat meets company and regulatory standards.
- **Sanitation and Safety**: Adhere to strict hygiene and food safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Regularly clean, maintain, and operate butchering equipment and machinery, reporting any malfunctions to supervisors.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to meet production targets and timelines, ensuring smooth operations within the facility.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of production volumes, inventory levels, and safety inspections.
- **Training**: Assist in training new employees on proper butchering techniques, safety practices, and equipment use.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as an industrial butcher or in a similar high-volume meat processing role.
- Strong knowledge of various meat cuts and processing techniques.
- Proficient in using industrial cutting tools and equipment.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $19.15 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
