**ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/BILLING COORDINATOR**

**The Role**

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will process, monitor, and record client billing and accounts receivable payments. You will also resolve billing issues and conduct collection activities on overdue accounts.

**_Full-time permanent position, 35 hours per week, 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday. _**

- Your organizational and time management skills enable you to multi-task and prioritize activities when under pressure.
- You have excellent customer service and communication skills that enable you to diffuse tense situations and negotiate for the desired outcome.
- You are a collaborator who enjoys building strong working relationships across all departments of the organization.
- Experience communicating with Seniors an asset.
- Experience with GoldCare software an asset.
- Experience with Business Central software an asset.
- Accounting diploma or certificate an asset.

**Working conditions**:

- This is a hybrid position based out of CHATS head office - 240 Edward Street, Unit 1, Aurora, ON, L4G 3S9. You will be required to attend the office 1-2 days per week.
- This is a full-time permanent position, 35 hours per week, 8:30am
- 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
