**What’s the Job?**

We are seeking a Creative Director who will be responsible for leading the creative vision, ideation, and execution of projects across Prolex Media’s services. This key role will take the lead on generating fresh ideas, overseeing creative processes, and guiding the team from concept through to delivery. You will work closely with the project coordinator, who will handle logistics and client communications, allowing you to focus purely on creative leadership.If you have a passion for pushing creative boundaries, developing innovative content strategies, and ensuring that every piece of work stands out, then this role could be for you.

**What are the Responsibilities?**
- **Creative Direction & Ideation**:

- Be responsible for the creation of storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts, ensuring they align with the brand vision and project goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop creative concepts for new business opportunities.
- Provide clear feedback on all creative work, guiding the team to achieve the highest quality content across video and social media projects.
- Foster a collaborative environment where team members are encouraged to push creative boundaries while ensuring projects stay on track creatively.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative tools that can enhance Prolex Media’s creative output.
- **Production Oversight**:

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the creative vision is executed effectively during the production phase.
- Offer creative input throughout the production process, working with videographers, editors, and subcontractors to deliver on the creative strategy.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all creative work meets Prolex Media's standards.

- You are not afraid to pitch unconventional ideas and encourage your team to think differently—there are no bad ideas.
- You work well under pressure and can juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
