**About the Position**:
**Responsibilities listed, but not limited to the following**:

- Manage client policy renewals, endorsements, claims, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Deliver comprehensive advice to clients and prospects regarding our products and services.
- Assist in marketing efforts to support business growth and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, underwriting guidelines, and binding authority.
- Work independently to ensure all tasks are completed with the utmost care, attention to detail, and efficiency.
- Other responsibilities required as work environment and industry changes.

**Requirements**:

- Active RIBO License (required).
- Multiple years of experience in personal and commercial insurance client service. Remuneration based upon knowledge and experience.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and able to learn quickly while working independently.
- Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to responsiveness and client care.

**Work Schedule & Flexibility**:

- The role requires in-office attendance 5 days per week (strongly preferred).
- A hybrid work schedule (2-3 days remote) may be available to individuals who demonstrate exceptional work quality, responsiveness, and professionalism.
