Trillium Health Partners is currently in the planning stages of a long-term infrastructure plan announced by the Ontario government which has dedicated significant funding to support the construction of new hospital projects across Ontario. As part of this plan, THP is growing the multi-disciplinary team that will lead planning for the redevelopment and expansion of both the Peter Gilgan Mississauga Hospital and future home of the Gilgan Family Queensway Health Centre. With constant inputs on design and planning considerations from all the respective expertise on the team, our goal is to work together to ultimately produce a holistic and inclusive design.

The Business Planning Office (BPO) is seeking an experienced Project Manager, reporting to the Manager, BPO. The BPO mandate is to enable a culture of performance measurement and improvement to establish performance goals and identify improvement opportunities through innovative and best practice solutions. As an integrating function, work in partnership with clinical and enabling teams to translate the strategy through standard performance work and clinical change initiatives.

**Integrated Clinical Planning**:

- In partnership with program leadership, support the implementation planning of clinical change initiatives (e.g. Practice Standardization, Service Delivery Changes, etc.)
- Ensure integration across multiple workstreams aimed at supporting a successful consolidation of services
- Translate learnings to inform planning future builds within Trillium Healthworks

**Integrated Planning**:

- Advise and implement improvements to annual planning processes
- Build performance capacity across the organization through support and training
- Partner with clinical leadership to identify performance opportunities, implement program specific performance solutions

**Qualifications**:

- Masters degree in public administration, business administration, or healthcare administration or equivalent experience required.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is strongly preferred;
- Experiencing within Consulting is preferred
- Experience implementing and translating performance dashboards and insights to influence action.
- Experience using data to influence action and results by working with users
- Experience with EPIC is an asset
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management in healthcare environments such as hospitals, government or private sector required
- Superior analytical, critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs of senior leaders.
- Demonstrated effectiveness at leading and working with large/complex teams.
- Experience organizing and facilitating meetings with multiple stakeholders.
- Effective interpersonal communications skills and ability to successfully build relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective and comprehensive reports and presentations for various audiences, including executives, administrators and clinicians.
- Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of the hospital’s strategic plan.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft suite skills.
