Terms of Employment: Hourly, permanent part time with potential for full time.

Position Description: Office administration in the construction industry. Processing of construction documents related but not limited to safety, quality control, human resources. Reporting directly to the field coordinator.

Position Duties:

- Front desk responsibilities (answer phones, daily paperwork tracking, order office supplies)
- Data Entry
- Bookings Accommodations
- Schedule meetings and document meeting minutes
- Send weekly reports to various clients.
- Coordinate company events.
- Creating purchase orders
- Completing other administrative tasks as assigned

Individual Requirements:

- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Previously Acquired Skills and Experiences That Would be an Asset:

- Understanding/experience in construction
- Team Player
- Positive Work Attitude

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
