Capital City Gymnastics Centre (CCGC) is a not-for-Profit Organization and the oldest gymnastics club in Edmonton and Alberta.

CCGC is a 28,000.00 sq/ft. facility and has produced many generations of Provincial, Elite athletes and National team members since 1972.

We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant/Receptionist** to join our team.

**Job type**: Full time position 30 - 35 hours per week **(2 - 8 PM)**.

**Location**: 4130 101 Street NW, Edmonton, T6E 0A5

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Greet members and visitors and assist staff where necessary.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Managing Birthday Party Bookings, payments and finalizing bookings with confirmations.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Attend meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, in collaboration with the Office Manager.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers where necessary.
- Maintain contact lists for staff and members.
- Book travel arrangements when needed.
- Work with the Office Manager and book keeper to reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors and members.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise and work with the Program Managers and Office Manager to handle requests and queries.
- Any other duties that may be assigned

**Requirements and skills**:

- High School certificate; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a HUGE plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures will be a definite asset.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like computers, printers and fax machines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
