**What Will Your Workday Look Like?**
As a successful client relationship manager, you know that no two days are alike and that s what makes every day exciting and motivating for you.
Reporting directly to the National Director, Strategic Accounts, you will work closely with all GardaWorld s Regional offices to coordinate National account operations.
This role is responsible for the retention, satisfaction, strategic growth & profitability of the GardaWorld clients. You will work closely with Account Managers, Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, Operations, and Administrative employees to exceed customer expectations.
**What Skills, Experiences, and Interests Do You Bring to The Account Manager Role?**
- Proven experience in successfully managing client relationships demonstrating GardaWorld s best in class delivery.
- Strong sales orientation you understand the art and science of sales.
- Ability to convey information in a compelling and organized manner, both verbally and in written reports and presentations.
- Strong facilitation skills to promote and ensure organizational alignment.
- Excellent problem solving, organization and analytical skills to juggle competing priorities.
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of both the big picture and fine details when strategizing solutions.
- Knowledge of the Canadian security industry.
- Membership in ASIS and other industry associations a definite asset
- CPP and/or CPTED designation or equivalent evidence of security expertise is an asset.
